Departure is from our camp in 4x4WD farther into the desert. Driving in 4x4WD into the desert is adventure itself. You will get toss from side to side, jump up and down yet it is the better then any rollercoaster you might have been on. “Desert” drivers are extremely skilled and many of them don’t drive in cities. We travel through this landscape to quite spot where we enjoy our picnic lunch and later return to the camp or anywhere in the area
Product and Services
One of the best desert experiences is to take camel ride across the desert dunes and marvel at the magnificent landscape of desert dunes. Start from our camp and spend the day camel trekking (or walking if you get too tired) traversing the dunes like old camel caravan use to do. Enjoy lunch at Merzouga oasis and later return back to the camp (or anywhere else in Merzouga)
To fully enjoy the desert landscape we recommend to spend 2 days camel trekking or walking the desert dunes. On this desert trek you get the opportunity to possibly meet Nomads living in this harsh region. We walk trek from Erg Chebbi to another dunes of Erg Zniqu and here we spend night in Nomadic Camp. Next day we take another route back. All meals and drink included
The ultimate desert adventure. Pick up either from our camp or anywhere in Merzouga as we set on foot exploring this stunning region. We will traverse the desert dunes of Erg Chebbi to Erg Zniqui and many areas around. On this 3 day trek you get the opportunity to meet Nomads living in the area, you will be able to look fossil.
